My guess is maybe wait. BUT! You must watch the dog. My guess is take her to a pet hospital and let experts look at that. And it might have bacteria in it so you should take it to the vet. If it gets worst over time, maybe 12 hrs- 1 week.. Or now. It Can be congruous!
