My dog won't eat by herself... Please Help !?

Hello everybody; I have a 4 year old female Cocker Spaniel, she is very active and healthy and I used to feed her by hand, (it was the only way for her to eat) I got tired of doing that so I stop and I'm trying to make her eat by herself, I start by putting her food down for 15min. and if she didn't eat I"ll picked it up I do it twice a day at the same time, I take her for a 45min. run every evening and this method still don't work, I have been doing this for two weeks, what else can I do? I know I spoiled her by feeding her by hand at the first time and switching foods to make her eat, Is there anything that I can do to fix this??? I usually feed her with Innova, Wellness, and Orijen. and I keep her water available all the time. Thank You.
