My dog has gas and is very thirsty, what's wrong?
No matter what age your pet is, a noticeable increase in water intake or urination often means there is an underlying medical problem. One reason is that he/she is trying to flush some poison out. The smelly gas could be due to a number of things to do with its intestinal tract or pancreas, or it could be a bad batch of bacteria... So, you should definitely take it to the vet if you think he is acting out of sorts- they will probably take a sample of your dog's stool and test it for what's wrong. It's scary because you never know what it could be, but the sooner you find out and treat it the better I say. Good luck!!
