Could it be fractured?

Today some stuff happened and I got really angry and my first reaction was to punch a wall..I know it was idiotic but I wasn't thinking. Anyways now my knuckle (pinky finger) is about 3- times bigger than my other one, it's extremely red and purple, and I can't move it at all without it starting to hurt. The pain goes from my knuckle, to my wrist and to the middle of my hand. My mom doesn't know about it yet but I'm going to tell her about it shortly, I just want to know the possibilities. Thank you!
