Pregnancy scare I need some help?

So my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex like maybe a week or 2 ago around the same time im suppose to get my period and Im not quiet sure if he ejaculated in me because when i looked he was already out of me ejaculating I asked and he said he didn't but lt's already the end of the month and I haven't gotten my period and today I've had hiccups like 4 times I heard and looked up hiccups can be a sign and women have gotten hiccups that's their early sign I'm going to take a pregnancy test on Friday...but I wanted to know if theres possibility
