How can i make my dog vomit?

my cocker spaniel ate like 5 pellets of chocolate and how do i make her vomit? people say hydrogen peroxide but i dont really trust it cuz it says call a pison docter if indgested so......... what should i do i cant really make her eat grass and shes starting to cry and i am scared shes going to die!
